Summer camp 2012 dates are June 18th – 22nd at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas.

Youth groups show up at S.A.G.U. on Mon. afternoon, have dinner, than our night session kicks off our camp together, and we end things with breakfast Friday morning.

Camp will cost each person $230. (Your church may need to charge your people some extra for any travel expenses). We have churches that are already committed, we have open spots but space is limited. So hurry, deposits were due on March 23rd. Please understand spots are on a… 1st come, 1st serve basis.

Payment Installment Due Dates:
* Friday, March 23rd – $50 non-refundable deposit per person (hold onto your forms)
* Friday, April 20th – $100 payment
* Friday, May 25th – $80 final payment, registration forms, shirt size list & room assignments

Total camp cost is $230, plus any additional travel expenses you may need to charge.

Late fee:
All churches should send in their final payment for their group by Friday, May 25th. (So you would probably want your camper’s last payment due to you by Wednesday, May 23rd.)
Any additional or remaining payments mailed after Friday, June 1st should have a $15 late fee included per individual.
